Spit-up, arching, and fussiness after feeds can be hard to watch, especially when your baby seems uncomfortable. Reflux is when a baby brings milk back up after feeds.

We focus on supporting your baby's nervous system and overall comfort, as a gentle complement to the care you already trust. We not only assess baby's nervous system as a general whole, but focus specifically on areas that can attribute to spitting up, such as the mid-back area and the diaphragm. We do gentle belly work to support digestion and help ease tightness in the belly area.

Your first visit includes a conversation about your baby, a gentle INSiGHT nervous system scan, and a feather-light first adjustment. Babies can be checked in the first days and weeks of life, and care is always tailored to your newborn's age and size.

Is chiropractic safe for my baby?
Dr. Hayley is trained to deliver a safe and gentle adjustment for all, specific to their age, size and what they have going on. There is no popping or cracking in a baby's adjustment. We use light fingertip pressure, no more than you would use to test the ripeness of a tomato, grounded in advanced ICPA training.
How old does my baby need to be?
Babies can be checked in the first days and weeks of life. Care is always tailored to your newborn's age and size with the gentlest possible approach.
